1. General Policy

By booking an appointment at Royal Exclusive Nails and Spa, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions. Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • We recommend booking an appointment in advance to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
  • Clients must arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or adjusted based on availability.
  • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows may be subject to a charge or refusal of future appointments.

3. Service Guarantee & Refunds

  • We strive for excellence, and client satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours for an adjustment.
  • Refunds are not provided for services rendered. However, we will gladly correct any issues that fall within our service guarantee.
  • Royal Exclusive Nails and Spa is not responsible for damage to nails after you leave the salon, such as chipping, lifting, or breakage due to improper aftercare.

4. Health & Safety

  • We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. All tools and equipment are disinfected after each use.
  • If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities, please inform your technician before your service.
  • We do not perform services on clients with contagious infections, open wounds, or fungal conditions for the safety of all clients and staff.

5. Payment & Pricing

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. Personal checks are not accepted.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Special promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

6. Gift Cards & Packages

  • Gift cards are available for purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
  • Gift cards and packages must be used within their valid expiration date.

7. Personal Belongings & Liability

  • Royal Exclusive Nails and Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep your valuables secure during your visit.
  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects from nail products if the client has not disclosed allergies beforehand.

8. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits inappropriate behavior, is disruptive, or violates our salon policies.

9. Photography & Social Media

  • With your consent, we may take photos of your nails for marketing and social media purposes.
  • Clients are welcome to take photos and tag us on social media!
